The time is 11:48pm -it is now, Tomorrow may be too late. Are you a member of that 'Tomorrow is Never too late Club' of Seven? Yes,tomorrow may never be too late for you to buy a new house, change your car,take an important investment decision, take a wife or husband, have children, or even withdraw from your alcoholic or drug addiction. But Alas, it is almost too late now to save your life, I mean your precious life, I mean your God given soul!!! The time is now 11:48pm. You have only 12 more minutes to take that most important eternal decision of your life. That crucial decision that could determine your ultimate destination after death.
Indecision, looking back or taken another chance on things of the world is all you need to lose your life and lose your everlasting joy in peace. The fire alarm was triggered; Debby decided to quickly salvage her box of jewelry before running out; this was very unfortunate. Except for the jewelry she could have made it, but it was too late, all was now lost, the inferno had engulfed everywhere-Both Debby and the jewelry both were gone-Just last week-Unfortunate. New Year resolution to be taken by Yakish on Dec. 31 2000 is to withdraw from sexual immorality (out of marriage sexuality), until then condom will do the prevention. But Woe. This is a great pity, just this September, four months to December; Yakish is diagnosed with AIDS infection. This is a great pity-it is too late-HIV is terminal; December 31 is no longer relevant.
The bloody robbery of August 10 at Madison Square Garden was planned to be the very last and final one in the notorious life of Jabby. He would come unto Christ and live the rest of his life peacefully in Christ, and be in peace with his neighbors. But only after that last robbery. This is
regrettable, it is very unfortunate-Jabby was caught for the first time in fifteen years, and has to spend the rest of his life in jail without parole-it is too late to repent.
Mr. Alexander was very assured his pressuring Christian friends and their Pastor will help him join the Faith and accept Christ as his Lord after his return trip from USA. Well, the flight never made it to its destination-it plummeted into the ocean-certainly too late for Alexander to save his soul.
In the Bible, Lot's wife remembered her jewelry and great possessions of the family left in Sodom. She looked back and lost her salvation. She was dead.After listening to Jesus Christ, had this to say, "she was not convinced that Christ indeed was the Way, the Truth, and the Light.He missed the grace of redemption and could not save his soul. Felix had Paul the Apostle give the Good News of the Messiah and requested to be such time to think about it. We are not aware that he saved his soul from Eternal Hell. Note that it is not possible to repent when it has become impossible to sin. Fortunately, you now have that twelve minutes of grace to take that most important decision; to assure yourself everlasting life in glory, peace, and joy.
Only three steps and the rest are irrelevant:
Having effectively embraced the above 3 simple steps, I congratulate you for becoming a child of God. You are set for the eternal Kingdom of Jesus Christ. But why not make yourself a profitable child deserving an enriched Crown of Glory by adding this following three:
1. Gain at least one person a year unto the Lord. You can only do this if the true love of Jesus radiated in you unto all people, if you are sincerely humble, if you are a child of true peace, and if you are charitable. (James 3:18, John 15, Luke 14:13). If you are deficient in these qualities, you may even be a disturbance to those already gained unto God.
2. Let whatever work/job you are doing, and your position or status be utilized to manifest the glory of God. Doing your work honestly with total devotion and of course for the progress and joy of others.
3. Establish a dual communication line with Jesus Christ: Receive His instruction and learn His ways and expectation by reading the Bible. Make it your morning tea and your evening desert. You may graduate from 2-3 chapters a day. It is the best way the walk with God.
-Tell him what you want from Him through prayer. He is a loving, caring, and giving Father. Remember others in your prayer. Daniel of Old prayed three times each and every day (Daniel 6). David the beloved King prayed with praises seven times each and every day (Psalms 119:165). Pray at least three times a day (Matthew 7, Mark 11:22).
Having fortified yourself in the first three compulsory standards and enriched your eternity with the secondary three that follow; it is mandatory for you to sustain them all till the end by observing the very last one: Avoid sins, and whenever you have committed one, confess to the Lord Jesus Christ that you have sinned, repent, ask Him for forgiveness and never return to the sin again. (Job 14:11, Proverbs 28).
As you find time to read and meditate on this Voice of Grace, May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you with divine understanding, inspire you through the power of the Holy Spirit and fortify you with the determination to do His will for you enduring joy in this world and glory in the world to come.
